The Lord brought Glen and Copper together in the latter part of 2019; both with a calling to use their own pasts of hardship as a means to see people healed, strengthened and restored through the love of Jesus. Out of a passion to help others Mended Heart Ministry was born. As in Isaiah 61, the Spirit of the Sovereign Lord has given them an Evangelistic anointing "to proclaim good news to the poor...to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom to the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners..." 

Glen received his local license from the Pentecostal Free Will Baptist Church, Inc. in 2015. He was recognized as an Independent Minister, ordained and licensed by the National Association of Christian Ministers in 2020 and serves as an independent member of the Evangelical Convention. In addition, he was also ordained as an Evangelist in 2021 by Mended Heart Ministry where he serves on the Pastoral Team at MHM.

Copper received a B.S. in Education from N.C. State University in 1999. Through the years she has worked in different capacities as a licensed Early Childhood Business Administrator, as well as a Certified Mentor for other Early Childhood educators in Wake County. In addition, she spent many years as a trained volunteer with SafeChild NC in various child abuse prevention programs. In 2019, she completed Basic Christian Counsel Training through the National Christian Counselors Association, and in 2020 became an author after she published her first book. She and Glen now have five published works of which they use as tools in ministry. Copper is also anointed as a Seer and Prayer Warrior. She serves on the Prayer and Worship Teams at MHM.
